When you fill in the contact form or a quote request on this website, we collect: name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the brand/model you're interested in (optional), and the content of your message.

If you consent via the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to measure, in anonymised form, how visitors use the website (e.g. which pages are visited). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry or quote request and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a contract with you. The legal basis is your consent (voluntarily submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Data from contact and quote requests is not kept longer than necessary to handle your request and, in the event of a contract, for as long as required by statutory (tax) retention periods.

To send form emails, we use Resend, an email delivery service. Your form data is transmitted via this service to our mailbox.

This website is hosted with Netlify. On some product pages we display videos via embedded YouTube players; YouTube may collect technical data in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure website usage.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

We use two types of browser storage: (1) necessary storage, such as remembering whether you've closed the announcement banner and your cookie choice — no consent is required for this; (2) Google Analytics analytics cookies, which are only set if you explicitly consent via the cookie banner at the bottom of the site.
